Caribou provides classified engineering services for the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Joint National Integration Center Research and Development Contract (JRDC), for critical integration activities for the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).

Caribou provides software design, integration and testing. Network Planning and Remote Monitoring for the WGS constellation of satellites. Technical performance for integrating, testing, managing, documenting, and delivering the Wideband Training & Certification System (WTCS).

Caribou supported the Joint Warning and Reporting Network that integrates CBRN data and facilitates sensor information into Joint and Service C2 systems battlespace situational awareness; incorporates sensor alert information and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) observation reports from the field, generates plot of the hazard area, displays it on the Common Operational Picture and generates the warning message to units.

Caribou provided engineers for the development of the Australian Rail Trainborne Program for the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) to increase capacity at critical times and in heavily used areas. Advanced Train Management System (ATMS) uses on-train processing and advanced digital communications to keep track of the location and speeds of trains on a railway.

CTLR supports IRAQ Integrated Air Defense System and provides on-site technical support personnel to the Iraqi Air Force customer for operations, administration and maintenance of the Sector Operation Center Command and Control equipment, Voice Communications Equipment (VCS), Ground to Air Transmit/Receive (GATR), Enterprise Network and Long Range Radars (LRR).

I-SOC Training

Caribou provided air battle managers and interpreters for the development of air defense skills training for operations of the Sector Operations Center (SOC)/Command and Control (C2) System. The USAF provided approved course materials for existing courses and CTLR modified so that the courses can be taught using the installed SOC C2 system in Iraq. CTLR delivered training to Iraqi Air Force and Air Defense in Baghdad.

Caribou designed and developed an Air Defense Command, Control, and Communications (C3) System for the Royal Jordanian Air Force. NDI/COTS Air Surveillance and Control Subsystem, Air Battle Planning (ATO/ACO) Subsystem, Voice Communications Subsystem, and Data Communications Subsystem.

Caribou provided design and engineering, software development of a Command & Control Information Architecture and Visualization (C2IAV) toolkit through the use of user centered design principles and agile software development processes.

Caribou provides Engineer (field service engineers, electrical, sustainment) for technical support. This contract supports the warfighter in an effort to reveal threats from hidden explosive devices on a daily basis.

Caribou provided over 50 career engineers across the United States, during the upgrade and launch of the Littoral Combat Ship, supporting the Naval LCS program through Lockheed Martin, designed to defeat growing littoral threats and provide access and dominance in the coastal water battle space.

Caribou supported P3 – Orion Naval Aircraft and Space programs in the development of sensors and instrumentation software, along with ground crews to perform installation and equipment safety checks in various locations throughout the world. Installation and inspection work was performed in Greenville, South Carolina, Germany, Pakistan, and China.

Caribou provided support of the Po Sheng (“Broad Victory”) system, a sophisticated command, control and communications network that the government of Taiwan adopted, development of tactical data links and communications software in the US and Asia.

Caribou supported the Q-70 Hardware and Software Programs focused on distributed computing infrastructures for military naval environments, effort focused on AN/UYQ-70V Advanced Display Systems.
During Q-70 extensions, Proposal SME to assist in acquisition of add on contracts.

CTL provided, project mangers, financial control analysts, business analysts and technical resources to prepare the systems and business processes for business on one platform.
